What makes a strong submission
The rubric weighs mechanism and feasibility most heavily. The most common failure is a confident proposal that never explains how it actually works, or who would have to act for it to happen. You do not need credentials, a model, or a citation list. You need a clear causal chain and honesty about what your idea does not solve.
Only six fields are required. Everything else is optional — but each optional field maps to something the assessment looks for, so filling them in raises your score. A short, sharp, honest submission beats a long vague one.
